Cancellations
At EvergreenMakers, order cancellation requests are subject to timing and the status of the order.
Because EvergreenMakers is a multi-vendor marketplace, each independent seller is responsible for processing and fulfilling their own orders. For this reason, cancellation requests can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed, prepared, or shipped by the seller.
Once an item has entered the fulfillment process or has already been shipped, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, customers may need to follow the applicable return and refund procedures after delivery, depending on the circumstances.

Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation, as approval depends on the current status of the order and the seller’s fulfillment stage.
EvergreenMakers will make reasonable efforts to assist in reviewing cancellation requests and coordinating support when possible.
