EvergreenMakers Return and Refund Policy
EvergreenMakers is a marketplace of independent sellers in the state of Washington. Products are sold and shipped by each individual seller. EvergreenMakers processes payment and coordinates returns and refunds in accordance with this policy.
2) Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you received the item (according to the carrier’s tracking) to request a return.
3) Item Condition (Eligibility)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition in which you received it: unused, unwashed, and without damage caused by use.

With tags attached (if applicable) and in the original packaging (when applicable).

With all accessories/parts included.

With your receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
4) How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at: info@evergreenmakers.com and include:

Photos (if the item arrived damaged/defective/incorrect)
Returns sent without first requesting a return and receiving instructions will not be accepted.
5) Where Is the Return Sent?
Returns must be sent to the corresponding seller’s address (their warehouse/return address).
If your purchase includes products from different sellers, you may receive separate return instructions and may need to send separate packages.
6) Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to the customer’s decision/problem (change of mind, size/color issue, “I no longer want it,” ordering mistake): the customer pays the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a seller error or order issue (wrong item, defective item, item damaged in transit): EvergreenMakers will coordinate the solution and may provide a prepaid return label or cover the return cost, depending on the case.
Note: If the customer pays for the return, the customer may usually use the shipping method of their choice, following the return instructions.
7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
8) Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Personalized or custom-made products

Opened or used personal care/beauty items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Final sale / clearance items (if indicated)

Gift cards
If you have questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing.
9) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get another size/color is to:

Request a return (if applicable), and
-
Place a new order for the correct item.
10) Refunds
Once the seller receives the returned item and confirms that it meets the return conditions, EvergreenMakers will process the refund to the original payment method.

Processing time: usually 1–10 business days after seller approval.

Bank processing time: it may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
