EvergreenMakers Shipping Policy
At EvergreenMakers, we operate as a marketplace for independent sellers located in the State of Washington. Products offered through our platform are sold and shipped by the respective third-party sellers. EvergreenMakers processes customer payments and facilitates the purchasing experience, while each seller is responsible for order fulfillment and shipment unless otherwise expressly stated.
1) Shipping Area
EvergreenMakers currently ships within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
2) Order Processing
Orders are processed by the applicable seller. Processing times may vary depending on the seller, product type, and order volume.

Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days.

Orders are not typically processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays unless otherwise stated by the seller.

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3) Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary based on:

shipping service selected,

seller handling time,

weather conditions,

peak holiday or high-volume periods,

and other circumstances beyond our control.
EvergreenMakers shall not be liable for carrier delays or delivery interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
4) Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated or displayed at checkout based on factors including, but not limited to:

product weight and dimensions,

shipping destination,

and available shipping methods.
If an order includes items from multiple sellers, separate shipping charges may apply.
5) Multi-Seller Orders
As a marketplace, EvergreenMakers allows products from different independent sellers to be purchased in a single transaction. If your order contains items from more than one seller:

items may ship separately,

each shipment may have its own tracking number,

and deliveries may arrive on different dates.
EvergreenMakers does not guarantee consolidated shipment for multi-seller orders.
6) Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
When available, shipment confirmation and tracking information will be provided after the seller has dispatched the order.
Please note:

tracking updates depend on the carrier,

a tracking number may be generated before the carrier scans the package,
-
and tracking status may not update immediately.
7) Customer Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
EvergreenMakers shall not be responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, misdelivery, or loss resulting from:

incorrect addresses,

incomplete address details,
-
typographical errors,
-
or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, additional reshipping charges may apply.
8) Shipping Delays
EvergreenMakers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

shipping carriers,

severe weather,
-
natural disasters,
-
labor disruptions,
-
supply chain interruptions,

seasonal demand,
-
or any other events outside our control.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
9) Risk of Loss and Title
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, title to and risk of loss for items pass to the customer once the seller delivers the order to the shipping carrier.
After transfer to the carrier, the shipment is in transit under the carrier’s responsibility.
10) Lost, Damaged, or Delivery-Issue Claims
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, arrives incomplete, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact us promptly at:

EvergreenMakers will coordinate with the seller to review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution. Resolutions may vary depending on the circumstances, carrier confirmation, and seller review.
11) Orders Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that an order has been marked as delivered, EvergreenMakers does not issue automatic refunds solely on that basis.
If you believe a delivered package is missing, you should:

inspect the delivery location,

check with household members, neighbors, or property management,

and contact the carrier directly.
You may also contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in reviewing the matter with the seller and, where possible, the carrier.
12) Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If an order is refused by the customer or remains unclaimed and is returned to sender, any refund or reshipment will be subject to:

inspection of the returned merchandise,

seller approval,
-
and deduction of original shipping costs, return shipping costs, or other applicable charges where permitted.
13) No Guaranteed Carrier Performance
EvergreenMakers does not guarantee the performance, timing, or service level of any third-party shipping carrier. Any carrier estimates provided are informational only and do not create a binding delivery obligation.
