This 14 gauge helix barbell is made with a 1 1/2 inch 316L surgical grade stainless steel straight barbell with 5mm ball ends. It features a classic dragonfly charm, with the wings set with blue cubic zirconia gems and latticework detail. The dragonfly is further embellished with clear cubic zirconia gems in the lower wings and a clear cubic zirconia gem head and you can even slide it up and down the length of the barbell for the perfect look. You will want to hang out with this dragonfly barbell earring all the time.
