It's made with a 38mm gold tone PVD over 316L surgical grade stainless steel straight barbell with 5mm ball ends. It features an open heart on one side with a single clear cubic zirconia gem. The center of the heart is being pierced by an arrow with the feathered end. The head of the arrow is hinged, allowing it to swing freely back and forth with your body's motion. It's further set with two clear cubic zirconia gems. And it can be moved up and down the length of the barbell to get just the look you want.
